DISSOLVE INTO: IS AN INTENSIVE LAB AND FEEDER SCHEME FOR THE NEXT VOICES IN UK SCREENWRITING.

Bringing together the best of screenwriters from across the UK, the scheme supports writers from different backgrounds, socioeconomic groups, regions and ethnicities. The only prerequisite for entry is talent.

Working by, with, and for peers, this is a supportive writer-led environment fostering care, inspiration and professional output through hard work and creative vulnerability.

The scheme takes existing material and shapes it into quality work, while packaging it into genre-based audiovisual material to aid it in financing.

A message from founding director Elan Gamaker.

As a writer and educator, I love discovering, nurturing and developing tomorrow's voices. Surprised by the lack of institutionally- backed and industry-led feeder schemes, I decided to merge the skills and contacts of higher education and the wider industry – so was born Dissolve Into:.

This is a passion project of hard work and creativity, a space designed for collaboration, exploration –and a stepping stone in the lives of young writers selected on the basis of one unifying principle: talent.

Join us.
